Getting found on google…
I have submitted your website to Google through Google Search Console. This means your pages are discoverable by Google searches when you search your brand name. If your website still doesn’t appear, there are a few things I recommend:
Create a Google My Business profile
This is super important to getting visitors finding you. You can create a profile here. The process can be a bit tricky for some businesses as Google requires you to verify your business. If you have any issues, I can arrange outsourcing of this profile creation for a fee of $250.
Start Blogging
Blogging is a great way to get lots of content discoverable on the web. For blogging to be effective, articles will need to be sprinkled with the key words you want to appear for, contain engaging content that your visitors are likely to search for, and they must link back to your relevant services and call to action pages to ensure conversion. Sign up to a Done For You SEO package
If you’re serious about SEO, I can provide ongoing SEO support that will boost your website in a meaningful way so you can appear for certain keywords other than your business name. Technical support…
As part of your website package you’re entitled to 2 weeks of email support once your website goes live. This can include questions on how to use Squarespace, how to set up various technical aspects, getting your site up on Google. It does not include changes to your website. If you need help beyond this here are a few options:

These packages include regular changes to your website as well as fast-tracked support. As a Squarespace Circle member I have exclusive access to support tickets and can expediate requests for you. Check out my maintenance packages here.
Squarespace 24/7 Support
You can can use Squarespace’s support anytime you like as part of your subscription. The Live Chat option is very responsive unless there are a large number of requests at a point in time. Please go to this link to access their support.
Ad Hoc changes and support
I’m happy to support you for random changes and requests. For small changes I bill hourly at $150 per hour in 15 minute increments for existing clients. Alternatively if you have a few hour’s worth of design work you’d like done, sign up to one of my Designer For A Day packages and I’ll tackle any design requests you need.
